OMICS Group invites all the participants across the globe to attend the International Conference and Exhibition on Rheumatology and Therapeutics which is to be held on Aug 14-15, 2012 at Hilton Chicago/Northbrook, Chicago, USA

Transfer of registration:

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to rheumatology2012@omicsgroup.comDetails must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to another event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

Before 60 days of the conference: 50% refund
After 60 days of the conference: No refund

Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any other circumstances. Cancellations that are eligible for a refund as specified above will be processed only after the conference
