Cancer immunology is a study of immunology which interacts between the immune system and cancer cells. Its a research field which discovers the innovative cancer therapies relate to immune system, in order to treat and progress the new strategies in treating the disease. The response depends upon the cancer specific antigen and based on target therapy. Cancer cells are eradicated by the necrotic cell death pathway which induces the immune response by starting a dendritic cell to mature due to inflammatory response. Killing cancer cells with an agent along with an antigen which is having the dendritic cells that encourage the T-cells production that shrink the tumor cells.
