Journal of Computer Science & Systems Biology a broad-based Open access Journal was founded on two key tenets: To publish the most exciting researches with respect to the subjects of Applied Computer Science & Systems Biology; secondly, to provide a rapid turn-around time possible for reviewing & publishing and to disseminate the articles freely for research, teaching and reference purposes. Computer Science is the canvas of the conjectural foundations of information and computation, and of interoperable techniques for their implementation and application in computer systems.

Computer Science Journal is at higher echelons that enhance the intelligence and information dissemination on topics closely related to Computer Science and Applications. This academic journal provides a unique forum dedicated to scientists to express their research articles, review articles, case reports and short communications on an array of Computer Science research. The Computer Science Peer Reviewed Journal is proficiently supported by universally prominent Editorial Board members. Computer Science journal impact factor is mainly calculated based on the number of articles that undergo a single blind peer review process by competent Editorial Board so as to ensure excellence, essence of the work and number of citations received for the same published articles. Abstracts and full texts of all articles published by Computer Science Open Access articles are freely accessible to everyone immediately after publication.

The Journal is using Editorial Manager System for quality in peer review process. Editorial Manager is an online manuscript submission and review system. Review processing is performed by the Editorial Board members of Journal of Computer Science & Systems Biology or outside experts; at least two independent reviewers approval followed by editor approval is required for acceptance of any citable manuscript. Authors may submit manuscripts and track their progress through the system, hopefully to publication. Reviewers can download manuscripts and submit their opinions to the editor. Editors can manage the whole submission/review/revise/publish process.

Plant Systems Biology

Newly emerged field based on computational and mathematical modeling to study the complex biological systems, especially with plants. Research area of the study are genomics, proteomics and epigenomics.

Cancer Systems Biology

This study deals with the application of system biology to approach cancer and related diseases, having deep root in number of biomedical researches. Its has upgraded basic and clinical research centers with different study models like, mathematics, Engineering and physics which help in diagnose and treat the disease.

Evolutionary Genomics Systems Biology

Evolutionary genomics is an up-and-coming, complex field that attempts to explain the biocomplexity of the living world. This study is based on three main aspects which are as follow,

a. The study of genomic history, i.e., understanding organismal evolution at the genomic level.
b. The study of macromolecular complements, which encompasses the evolution of the protein and RNA machinery that propels life.
c. The evolutionary and dynamic study of wiring diagrams—macromolecular components in interaction—in the context of genomic complements.

Molecular Systems Biology

It is a sub class of systems biology and deals study at molecular level, including genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, microbial systems, the integration of cell signaling, regulatory networks, and synthetic biology.

Computational Biology

It is sometimes referred as bioinformatics and uses the biological data to develop algorithm and relation among various systems.
The field is broadly defined and includes foundations in computer science, applied mathematics, animation, statistics, biochemistry, chemistry, biophysics, molecular biology, genetics, genomics, ecology, evolution, anatomy, neuroscience, and visualization.

Mathematical Biology

This study aims at mathematical representation, treatment and modeling of biological processes, using a variety of applied mathematical techniques and tools. It has both theoretical and practical applications in biological, biomedical and biotechnology research.
The mathematical areas are calculus, probability theory, statistics, linear algebra, abstract algebra, graph theory, combinatorics, algebraic geometry, topology, dynamical systems, differential equations and coding theory are now being applied in biology.

A stochastic model is a tool for estimating probability distributions of potential outcomes by allowing for random variation in one or more inputs over time. The random variation is usually based on fluctuations observed in historical data for a selected period using standard time-series techniques.

Cellular Systems Biology

It involves the use of computer simulations of the many cellular subsystems such as the networks of metabolites and enzymes which comprise metabolism, signal transduction pathways and gene regulatory networks to both analyze and visualize the complex connections of these cellular processes.
