Non-Viral Hepatitis

Non-viral hepatitis is also inflammation of the liver. This inflammation may be caused due to side effects of other conditions such as mononucleosis, chickenpox, alcohol consumption, drug abuse, trauma and fat formation in the liver. Autoimmune conditions can also be a cause non-viral hepatitis. Non-viral hepatitis also has same symptoms of viral hepatitis; however non-viral hepatitis is not contagious.
