Neurology is a field that deals with the disorders of the nervous system. The neurologist checks the patients’ health history and gives special attention to the current situation of the patient. The main patients who are examined by the physicians are basically referred to them by other physicians. These patients basically suffer from headaches, radiculopathy, neuropathy, stroke, dementia, seizures, Alzheimer disease, attention deficit or hyperactivity disorder, Parkinson’s disease , epilepsy, Tourette’s syndrome, multiple sclerosis, head trauma, sleep disorders. Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals
