Biography

Presently, serving as Jr. Scientist in Central Government Institute, Ministry of Chemical and fertilizer, NIPER, Mohali to teach modern Analytical Instruments, method development for small and medium scale pharmaceutical companies & Polymer research.I have good knowledge of modern analytical, Material and Polymer Chemistry and the ability to apply it in creative way  to synthesis polymer that serve as innovation for medical application, eco-friendly and advanced materials for the development of engineering and technology. With a passion for organic synthesis, I am able to plan and organize the work to meet the aims and objective. I actively initiate and co-ordinate team activities in Research and Development.

Reaction mechanism, synthesis, spectral analysis and polymer.
