Maria Papadakaki

Maria Papadakaki is a lecturer at the Department of Social Work at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. She is also a scientific collaborator of the Clinic of Social and Family Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Crete. She obtained a first degree in Social Work, holds an MPH and received her PhD from the University of Crete. She has been involved in various research projects under EU funding schemes. She has co-authored a number of scientific papers on partner aggression and other health and safety-related topics.
Her core research interests include family violence, sexual aggression and safetybehaviours.
