Biography
I completed my medical school and residency in internal medicine at the University of Washington. I completed my residency in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. I am currently an Associate Professor of Medicine and Vice-Chief for Clinical Affairs in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at the University of Florida. My areas of interest are thoracic oncology and interventional pulmonology. I have served on the American College of Chest Physicians committee for development and writing of lung cancer diagnosis, staging, and treatment guidelines. I have also served on the Board of Directors for the American Association for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology.
