Ruth McCaffrey

Biography

Prof/Dr. Ruth McCaffrey has received her doctoral degree in nursing at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio in 2000 Currently. she is an Associate Professor of Nursing at the Christine E Lynn College of Nursing at Florida Atlantic University. She is currently the director of the Initiative for Intentional Health at Florida Atlantic and is the Director of the Doctor of Nursing Practice Program there Dr McCaffrey serves as an editorial member of several reputed journals including Holistic Nursing Practice. The Journal of the American Holistic Nurses Association and the Journal of Clinical Nursing. She has authored 35 research articles/books She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Interntional Honor Society of Nursing. The American Association of Advanced Practice Nurses and The American Holistic Nurses Association. She has been honored with the Sigma Theta Tau Founders Award for Creativity.
