Dr Srinath Palakurthi is an Associate Professor in Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy Texas AM Health Science Center Kingsville TX USA He earned his PhD at Indian Institute of Chemical Technology Hyderabad India and he has postdoctoral research experience at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences university of Alberta Canada He is a Graduate faculty member in the Graduate Studies in Biomedical Sciences GSBS Texas AM Health Science Center Currently four graduate students are pursuing their PhD degree under his supervision He has published more than forty research Review papers and proceedings in various conferences and invited presentations He is an author of a book chapter He has the teaching experience of more than seven years He is a member of American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists AAPS He served as a reviewer of several peerreviewed journals in the area of drug delivery cancer and nanotechnology
Research Interest
Design and development of nanoparticles for targeted drug and gene delivery for the treatment of various cancers and reversal of drug resistance in cancer cells.
