Biography

Dr. David L. Thomas is a professor and Chairman of the Division of Correctional Medicine at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the eighth largest private non-profit University in the United States.  Dr. Thomas is a faculty member of the University’s Department of Surgery, which is responsible for the comprehensive training of osteopathic physicians and for creating a stimulating environment which advances superb teaching, excellent research and outstanding patient care.  Dr. Thomas is also a professor in the Public Health Division of the College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He has been a faculty member of Nova Southeastern University since 1989.

Biography

Since 2000, Dr. Young-Mee Lee has been working for Medical Education, at the Department of Medical Humanities at the Korea University College of Medicine. She is a family physician. She finished her master degree in Health Professional Education (MSED) in the University of Southern California, U.S. She has published numerous articles in Korean and international peer reviewed journals.

Research Interest

professionalism, communication skills education, and teaching clinical reasoning skills in both UME and GME.
