Biography

Jian Tie is an assistant professor of Nihon University School of Medicine for legal medicine, Professor of China Medical University Shenyang China. He has received a MD PhD in Clinical Medicine from the China Medical University Shenyang China in 1978-1992. He has also received a PhD in Medicine from the Nihon University School of Medicine Tokyo Japan in 1992-1995.

Research Interest

His major research interest is application of DNA polymorphism to forensic criminal casework and paternity testing. He also have several research interests including forensic Clinical Medicine, Forensic pathology etc. His current research is on direct PCR amplification from low copy number of forensic DNA samples.
