Family history can be defined as a basic knowledge of genetic of all family members. Family history plays an important role in identification of chronic hereditary diseases. Family history of diseases of individual's is different. The foremost features of family history that may initiate risk are: diseases which can be seen at an early age, diseases that occur in one or more relative such as, thalaessemia and some combination of diseases in a family such as high blood pressure and heart diseases. A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity.
