It is clinical condition in which blood glucose level increases during pregnancy. It occurs when insulin receptor do not work appropriately. Factors that give rise to diabetes in pregnancy are presence of human placental lactogen which interferes with susceptible receptors of insulin. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals.
