About the Journal

Fibromyalgia is a disorder affecting muscles and soft tissues. It is characterised by musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, insomnia, painful tender points, migraine, irritable bladder and sensitivity to noise, odour and certain foods. Exercise, relaxation and stress reduction help in relieving some of the symptoms. Causes may be hereditary, infections and trauma. Depression and anxiety are the complications of this disease. Treatment includes medications such as pain relievers, antidepressants and anti-seizure drugs.

Fibromyalgia: Open Access journal is an Open Access publishing that aims to publish pathology, etiology, epidemiology of fibromyalgia. Articles on genetics, novel treatment approaches, preventive measures, diagnosis tests, causes and risk factors associated with fibromyalgia as original article, review articles, case reports, short communications, etc. related to fibromyalgia research and therapy are welcome.

Fibromyalgia: Open Access journal is using Editorial Tracking System for quality in review process. Herbs for Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is a common syndrome of chronic widespread of soft tissue pain accompanied by weakness. The symptoms are either mild or severe. Herbs for treatment of fibromyalgia are adaptogens like Withania somnifera promote sleep at night and energy throughout the daytime, which is crucial for people with this syndrome. Polymyalgia
