Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune disorder affecting central nervous system and thus causing various disease presentations including weakness, muscle pain, lack of co-ordination, memory loss and vision problems. This challenging disease is highly difficult to treat because of variations in symptoms. The lack of an individual medicine for the cure of this threatening disease is also one of the major issues related to multiple sclerosis. The progression of the disease is irregular and the disease presentation also varies from individuals. These issues make the disease management a hazardous task.
Journal of Multiple sclerosis publishes clinical and diagnostic images related to the disease such as MRI images, unusual case presentations, etc. The main aim of this journal is to give a detailed picture of the disease as well as highlight the on-going research in the field of multiple sclerosis. This disease affecting the central nervous system will cause problem to the overall sensory systems of a persons body. The nature of this disease is highly challenging due to these issues thus the treatments used for the disease is usually based on trials to overcome the changes due to the disease.
