Nursing is one of the most inspiring professions in the field of healthcare which attracts many budding people with a good heart. It is also the most challenging profession as one always needs to be ready to serve and help patients in their needs. Person should have good communication skills, ability to convince patient, should always be active, energetic etc. sometimes nurses will not get the respect they deserve but even then one should not show this in the work as it effects patients health. They should balance work and family. They will be in contact with patients who will suffer from many diseases and physchological problems which may even effect the nurses etc. Nurses should be able to take care of patients along with safeguarding their health.
