The evaluation of the food intake of a person is known as Nutrition assessment. It includes the weight, height, weight-to-height ratio, etc., diet history or food frequency analysis; a physical examination with a medical history; and blood/urine tests. Examining a person's dietary input propose the risk elements for chronic diseases and help to block them. Simple blood test and food intake record are easy to do and are low-cost and convenient for most people.
A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research.
