"Journal of Lasers, Optics & Photonics is among the lasers & photonics journal which publish quality articles after the peer review process and acceptance from the editor of the article. The study of generation, emission modulation, transmission, signal processing, switching, amplification and detection/sensing of light are known as photonics.The meaning of photonics is that photons are neither particles nor waves, there have interestingly both the particle and wave nature. The technical application of light over the complete spectrum from ultraviolet to near, mid, far infrared including the visible range is covered by photonics. However most of the application are falling in the range of visible and near infrared light only, photonics term is developed when the first practical semiconductor light emitters has been invented in around 1960 and later in 1970’s optical fiber.
