Premature ovarian failure (POF) is one of the reasons of secondary amenorrhea in women younger than 40 years. It touches approximately 1% of women <40 years. Beside hormonal deficiencies, infertility is a main problem in patients diagnosed with POF and the probability of pregnancy is little even with therapeutic interventions. In this case report, we define a young woman with POF, accessible to the emergency department with acute abdominal pain and made a management task in emergency room.
