Abstract :

It is known that Pemphigus vulgaris is a rare and autoimmune. Its etiopatogenesis is still unknown. If not treated well it ends up with fatality. I present this case of study to confirm that by applying local treatment with magisterial preparations, by applying preventive and with systematic treatment to eliminate infections and bacterial, viral and mycotic super infections we help to minimize the risks of side effects of the treatment with corticosteroid and immunosuppressive in the long-term and high dose treatment. This case study has been supervised for 4 years. Conclusion: The Healthy food, the permanent treatment with vitamin C, B6 and B complex, the time to time treatment with Zinc and Calci and some doses with oral Aciklovir, Fluconazole, Albuminehumani a 20% and antibiotic (Doksicyclin or others by antibiogram, magisterial preparations in various forms) have helped patients to change their treatment. They start the treatment in a very short time with high (usual) doses of Prednisolon (80mg) and Azathioprin (100mg) only in 10 days, and then go down on every 5 days decreasing the doses by 10mg till we achieve on a basic dose of Prednisolon (5-10mg) and Azathioprin 25mg, and sometimes when the patient was stable even in a long term treatment they do not take any doses, and not to forget always with the help of the alternative additional treatment with magisterial preparations and the upper mentioned adjuvances. In this way their live quality and standard raises.
