Some reproductive disorders include infections in the reproductive tract, which is a part of the reproductive system and are commonly referred to as reproductive tract infections. The sexually transmitted infections are one of the forms of reproductive tract infections which include AIDS, herpes, etc. Some reproductive disorders arise due to congenital abnormalities in the reproductive system like intersexuality which is a condition in which person who has genitalia and/or other sexual traits which are not clearly of male or female. Other reproductive disorders include cancer of the reproductive system like prostate cancer, breast cancer, etc. An endocrine and functional disorder of the reproductive system includes impotency, premature ejaculation, ectopic pregnancy, etc. An endocrine disorder may arise due to disruption of the endocrine system by certain chemicals that adversely affect the development of the reproductive system.
