Peter M. Kilonzo is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, University of Western Ontario. He has received a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario, London, ON CANADA, in 2005-2009. He completed his M.A.Sci., in Chemical Engineering at University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON CANADA, in 1993, and his B.Eng., in Fermentation Engineering at Wuxi University of Light Industry, Wuxi, Jiangsu, CHINA, in 1987.He received Wstern Graduate Scholarship (WGS) in 2005-2007, Ivan Malek Scholarship (IMS) in 2006-2007 Award, Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) and Outstanding Graduate teaching Award in 2003-2005 from Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, University of Western Ontario (Canada); Canadian International Development Agency (C.I.D.A) Scholarship and Outstanding Graduate teaching Award in 1990-1993, from Department of Chemical of Engineering, University of Waterloo (Canada); Chinese Government Scholarship in 1995-1999, from School of Bioengineering, East China University of Science and technology (China); Chinese Government Scholarship in 1983-1987 and Outstanding Student Chapter Award in 1983-1984 from Department of Fermentation Engineering, Wuxi University of Light Industry (China). He is serving as a member of the Canadian Society of Chemical Engineers (CSChE), Canadian Institute of Chemistry (CIC), Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE), American Chemical Society (ACS), and American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE).He has published 1 book chapter and 12 papers in peer review Journals. He has presented 6 papers in international conferences and 1 invited presentation at Villanova University, College of Engineering. Villanova, PL, USA. He served as invited reviewer for Biotechnology Progress, Biotechnology and Bioengineering, Journal of Biotechnology, Canadian of Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering Journal, Chemical Engineering and Technology, and Chemical Engineering Journal.
