Table 1: Serum E2 levels, wet uterus weights and E2 content in the uterus determined by LC-MS/MS [22]. OVX CD-1 mice received a single dose of E2-CDS (300 μg/kg body weight, i.v.) formulated as HPBCD inclusion complex (Estredox). The control group received vehicle only. After drug administration, animals were tested in PST at selected time points (1, 2, 4, and 8 days), then sacrificed; blood and tissues were collected and processed.
