Immunoreactivity was measured in P30 cerebellar tissue by duplex ELISA with
results normalized to large ribosomal protein measured in the same wells. Results
correspond to mean net fluorescence light units (± S.E.M.) in 50 ng protein. Data
were generated from 12 rats per group, with each sample contributed from a
different litter. Inter-group comparisons were made with Student T-tests |
