S. typhimurium (3 log CFU in 0.03% TSB medium) was inoculated on each of tomato surface (5 × 5 mm2) and grown for 24 h at 37°C and 100% RH. ME biosensor method was performed using three sets of measurement and control sensor per each tomato sample. A shift in resonant frequency was obtained from one sensor, corresponding with 1/125 of total inoculated area (5 × 5 mm2).
