Treatments were given 30 mins prior to chemical -convulsant injection of PTZ (60 mg/kg, i.p). *** denotes p<0.001 compared with A-350619 received group, ΔΔΔ denotes p<0.001 compared with methylene blue  received group, Ψ and ΨΨΨ denotes p<0.01 and p<0.001, respectively, compared with BRL50481 received group  (One-way ANOVA followed by Tukey-Kramer multiple comparisons test).
