According to the areas under the ROC curve, the superior quadrant RNFL thickness was found as the best diagnostic parameter in SD-OCT RNFL thickness parameters (AUC=0.83 p<0.001). The sensitivity and specificity of Cirrus HD-OCT for RNFL thickness in superior quadrant were 77% and 87% (cut-off point: 109). AUC for RNFL global average thickness and the inferior quadrant RNFL thickness were 0,824 (sensitivity: 72%, specificity: 84%, cut-off: 87) and 0,822 (sensitivity: 80%, specificity: 76%, cut-off:111, 5) respectively.
