Figure 1: Calculation of the sensitivity and specificity of SD-OCT by ROC curve for RNFL thickness in superior quadrant, RNFL thickness in inferior quadrant and global average thickness. According to the areas under the ROC curve, the superior quadrant RNFL thickness was found as the best diagnostic parameter in SD-OCT RNFL thickness parameters (AUC=0.83 p<0.001). The sensitivity and specificity of Cirrus HD-OCT for RNFL thickness in superior quadrant were 77% and 87% (cut-off point: 109). AUC for RNFL global average thickness and the inferior quadrant RNFL thickness were 0,824 (sensitivity: 72%, specificity: 84%, cut-off: 87) and 0,822 (sensitivity: 80%, specificity: 76%, cut-off:111, 5) respectively. |
