Table 2: Dye/dyes mixture decolorization and reusability of immobilized PGP. Immobilized PGP was independently incubated with DR19 and mixture of dyes (DR19+DB9) (300mL) for 2h at 40°C. Dye decolorization was determined after incubation period of 2h. The immobilized enzyme was collected by centrifugation and stored in assay buffer at 4°C overnight. Next day, the similar experiment was repeated. This procedure was repeated 10 times. Each value represents the mean for three independent experiments performed in duplicate.
