CHPV exposed CD19+ cells The B cells were purified from Swiss albino mice and exposed to live and inactivated CHPV. In another experiment, the B-cells were treated with anti mouse TLR4/MD2 antibody and then exposed to live virus. The unexposed B-cells were used as a control. At 24 h post infection, the cells were stained with B lymphocyte activation antibody cocktail which containing anti mouse CD19-FITC, CD69-PE and CD25-PE-Cy7 antibodies. The cells were acquired in FACSCalibur using cell quest pro software. a) Percentage of CD19+CD25+ cells b) Percentage of CD19+CD69+ cells out of total number of CD19+ cells plus standard deviation. The data represents the average of three experiments. |
