B) Serum ZEBOV GP-specific neutralizing antibody response. Groups of 4 guinea pigs were vaccinated and treated with or without DEF201, where serum was harvested 28 days postvaccination. Serum neutralizing antibody levels were reported as the reciprocal of the dilution where greater than 50% viral neutralization was observed.
