Figure 2: Analysis of SNAP-25 cleavage activity of rBoNT/A-LC. SV proteins after incubation (30 min) with rBoNT/A-LC were separated by SDS-PAGE and transferred to nitrocellulose membrane, the immunoblot was probed with an anti-SNAP-25 antibody followed by a HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit antibody. Bands were visualized using chemiluminescent substrate and exposure to film.
