(A) Cells were stimulated with 0.01% ethanol (vehicle control) and
testosterone (T; 0.6 nM, 6 nM, 60 nM). (B) Cells were stimulated with 0.01%
ethanol (vehicle control) and then dihydrotestosterone (DHT; 60 nM). Arrows
indicate the time of addition of steroids. Buffer was continuously perfused
through the chamber during all experiments. Data shown is the average
mean curve of 15 cells from 4 separate endothelial cell donors.
