The results of this experiment suggest that the feline anti-HIV-gp120 antibodies
were anti-anti-idiotypic antibodies, able to inhibit the binding of HIV-gp120 peptide
to anti-HIV-gp120 antibodies. The results showed statistically significant difference
between the means of % inhibition of fed and non-fed animals, p = 0.015. |
