Results are from administration of GHB 50 mg/kg orally to 10 healthy volunteers alone and with L-lactate/mannitol. Data are presented as mean ± SD. Cl/F=total oral clearance, Cmax=maximum plasma concentration, ClR=renal clearance. Paired t-tests were used to detect significant differences in pharmacokinetic parameters. |
