opioid toxicity; (4) underlying cause-of-death F19.0-F19.9, with either contributing cause-of-death opioid toxicity, or F11.0-F11.9; (5) underlying cause-ofdeath
X60-X69 with opioid toxicity; (6) underlying cause-of-death Y10- Y19 with opioid toxicity; (7) underlying cause-of-death F10, F12-F18 with opioid toxicity;
