Cerebella harvested from perinatal (P3), juvenile (P10), and young adolescent (P20) rats were used in probe-based qPCR amplification reactions to measure (A-C) Fzd4 and (D-F) Fzd6 expression. Results were normalized to β-actin which was measured simultaneously in the duplex qPCR reactions.
