Quantitative duplex probe-based RT-PCR analysis was used to measure gene expression.Results were normalized to β-actin levels which remained stable with respect
to ethanol treatment and postnatal age. Results were analyzed by Two-way ANOVA with post-hoc Tukey tests for significance. F-ratios and corresponding P-values for
postnatal age, ethanol treatment and dose, and interaction between age and ethanol exposure are listed. Significant trends correspond to 0.05<P<0.10. |
