Duplex ELISAs were used to measure immunoreactivity. Results were normalized
to large ribonuclear protein which remained stable with respect to ethanol treatment
and postnatal age. Results were analyzed by Two-way ANOVA with post-hoc
Tukey tests for significance. F-ratios and corresponding P-values for postnatal age,
ethanol treatment and dose, and interaction between age and ethanol exposure
