(A) leaf extracts, (B) bark extracts,and (C) root extracts. 200 μl of reaction system containing 50 μg of BSA (1 mg/ml) 12 μl of enzyme for leaf, 25 μg BSA and 19 μl enzyme for bark and 25 μg of BSA and 22 μ enzyme for root extracts were incubated for different time intervals and direct method was performed.
