The enzymes were incubated at different temperature. 200 μl reaction system was made with 12 μl of enzyme, 50 μg of BSA for leaf, 19 μl of enzyme, 25 μg of BSA for bark and 22 μl of enzyme, 25 μg of BSA for root and appropriate amount of buffer. Direct method was performed after 30 min of incubation.
