| (A) MCF-7 cells were transfected with BTF3 promoter-reporter construct,
following treament with NS and analogs AN1, AN2 andAN3 at 20μm
concentration. RLU was measured after 48 hours of treatment. Decrease in
RLU reading after 48 hours is taken as the effect of NS and analogs on BTF3
promoter based reporter expression. The values and error bars represent
average and standard deviations of three independent set of experiments.
Student T test was performed to find out significant difference between control
and treated conditions and comparisons were considered significantly different
at P ≤ 0.0005 (***) |
