Figure 4: The sensitivity of spheroid and monolayer IMCE-Ras cells to chemotherapy was tested by the MTT assay. Spheroid and monolayer cells at 2.5 × 104 cells per milliliter were seeded into 96-well culture plates with six replicates. After 24 hours of plating, cells were treated for another 48 hours with different testing agents before being subjected to MTT assay.
