The symmetric bifurcation case is for Dratio=0.8 and Qratio=0.5 (Simulation Nos. 53, 58, 63, 68, 73) are in bold where the K values are the same for each branch. Note for Simulation 63 there was numerical round off error such that Kright was less than Kleft. In this case Kleft=1.0 should be used as noted.
