All treatments were inoculated with 1 × 106 conidia.mL-1 at 1% (v/v), growth conditions were maintained during 12 days after inoculation at 28 ± 2°C, 150 RPM and initial pH adjusted to 6.5 (NaOH 1N). Values indicate the means of four samples with three replicates each. Letters indicate significant differences by Tukey HSD (P ≤ 0.05). |
