Figure 2: Treatment of phenol and α-Naphthol by I-PGP in a continuous vertical reactor. Phenol (5 mM) and α-Naphthol (0.5 mM) polluted water with 0.8 mM H2O2, 0.15 mg/mL PEG-10000 was passed through a vertical reactor filled with I-PGP (2200 U) at room temperature continuously with a flow rate of 18 mL/h. Treated samples were collected and analyzed for removal of phenol and α-naphthol.
