Figure 2: ZEBOVGP Peptide Inducing an IFN-g Response. An IFN-g ELISPOT assay was performed in order to determine which ZEBOVGP peptide induced a ZEBOVGP-specific IFN-g response in VSVΔG/ZEBOVGP immunized Balb/C mice. Splenocytes from VSVΔG/ZEBOVGP immunized Balb/C mice were added to the IFN-g ELISPOT assay 14 days after the boost. The splenocytes were stimulated with (A) matrix peptide pools # 1-16 or (B) individual peptides (2 mg/ml). The bars represent the average number of ZEBOVGP-specific cytokine secreting splenocytes after subtracting the averaged negative controls for 6 and 2 mice, respectively. The assay was performed in triplicate, and the SEM is shown.
