Seborrheic keratosis before peeling show hyperkeratosis, acanthosis and papillomatosis with a large horn cyst (3a), after peeling reveals no change (3b). Actinic keratosis sections before peeling reveal hyperkeratosis, acanthosis and atypical epidermal cells (3c), after peeling, there is moderate reduction in the number of epidermal cells with slight increased epidermal thickness (3d). Solar lentigines before peeling reveal moderate elongation of the rete ridges with increased concentration of melanocytes and melanin pigments in the basal cell layer (3e), after peeling show normal epidermis with decrease of melanin pigments in the basal cell layer (3f).
