A: PIK3CA mutated and PTEN null TNBC cell lines, BT20 and SUM149 respectively were treated with three doses of sulindac sulfide for 24 hours and beta-catenin protein was determined by Western blot. β-actin was used as loading control. Upper bar diagram showed the relative densitometric expressions of beta-catenin in both cell lines.
