Later this was eluted by ammonium acetate buffer (pH 4.65). All P. aeruginosa strains, particularly P. aeruginosa 2453 strain, showed maximum amount of azurin production. (b) Bar (mean S.E) shows the synthesis of the azurin by various P. aeruginosa strains: The production of azurin was enhanced by adding CuSo4 (5µg/ml) and KNO3 (0.02 µg/ml) in the culture medium under facultative anaerobic condition.
